The Nightveil Eclipse is a dark fantasy suncatcher, carefully handwoven using silver-plated wire treated against oxidation, adorned with:

• black goldstone
• faceted crystals
• a dark, eclipse-like resin focal core
•  a little spider and a wire elven sigil for protection
• delicate chains that fall like a shadowed veil

Each element is placed to create a sense of flow, imbalance, and quiet tension — as if the piece itself is shifting between light and darkness.

When touched by sunlight, the crystals still catch the light… but softer. Stranger. More restrained.

This is not a bright suncatcher.
This is a shadowed one.

Nightveil Eclipse was not created—but recovered.
Aerin Thorneveil found it in an ancient stone circle, half-swallowed by moss and silence, on a night when the moon was nowhere to be seen.

Its frame bears the marks of a work older than known archives—a distorted elven pattern, as if altered by a force neither light nor dark.

Its core—that eclipse trapped in resin—reflects not the sky…
but something beyond it.

Those who hang it where moonlight once fell will notice something strange:
the light bends. Softly. Reluctantly.

And sometimes, for a moment too long… it does not return.
